There are some comedians on social media whom you cannot go a whole day without watching their skits. More like, your day seems incomplete without laughing to their creative jokes. I know right now, you are starting to picture some faces and I bet there is one person that would be prominent in your mind as you read this.

That person would be “Mr Macaroni”. I am right yeah? Ooinn, I’m pretty sure I am doing well with my guesses. Now, let me take you on a journey of knowing your favorite comedian. Let’s go there.

Debo Adedayo popularly known as Mr Macaroni is a fast rising comedian in his late twenties whose creativity and professionalism has made him stand out among his peers in the industry. The single actor and comedian is a graduate of Theatre Arts from Redeemers University. Interestingly, he said he has only had four girlfriends all his life and his last relationship ended around 2012. Well, just to be clear, he is not searching and sorry if that hurts baby girls. Anyway, he says he believes in the religion of love which means doing good always – just in case you are about to ask if he is a Christian or a Muslim.

Mr Macaroni started his career as an actor as far back as 2012 and he has featured in a number of soap operas which include Face to Face, Papa Ajasco and Mistresses among many others. He then proceeded to acting Yoruba movies sometime in 2014. Around July 2019, he decided to start producing content for social media.

Your favorite comedian started getting into limelight when Tunde Ednut began to share his content on his page. He realized that the one with the Daddy character was getting a lot of views, so he decided to stick to that. To be honest, that character is one hell of an interesting one.

You would agree that his extremely acting skills is one thing that makes him stand out among other comedians on social media. Oh well, a thespian would always stand out in the industry. It would be safe to say his ability to merge professionalism with talent has helped him grow rapidly.

One would assume that a man like Mr Macaroni would have a role model in the industry, but he says that there are a lot of people he draws inspiration and motivations from.

So many people have been wondering where he got that comic name “Mr Macaroni” from and he said that

“I gave myself Macaroni one day when I was on set. The role I was to play didn’t have a name, so the director asked me to give myself a name. That’s how Mr Macaroni came to my head because you will admit that Mr Macaroni is a jolly good fellow.”

I know some of you are also wondering why he picked up the slang Ooin as a trademark. Well, he explained by saying that the first day he used it in his skits, he noticed people liked it. So, he decided to stick by it.

The plan of Mr Macaroni is to grow bigger, create more exciting and entertaining contents and get involved in bigger projects. You all are not ready for what he is bringing to the table, I must confess.
